Program and brand
These terms apply to the Supreme Trucking Insurance commercial insurance text messaging program, delivered using RenewRig messaging technology. When another participating insurance agency is identified by name on the opt-in form, client portal, or message, that agency is also identified as the agency handling the insurance request.
Messages you may receive
If you opt in, messages may include commercial insurance application and document requests, quote and renewal updates, appointment or service reminders, follow-ups, and insurance offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your request and policy activity.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving a quote. You may still work with the agency by phone or email when those methods are available. The SMS checkbox is optional and is not selected in advance.
Rates, delivery, and eligibility
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the number you enroll and be at least 18 years old.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation that your opt-out was processed, after which no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact the insurance agency using the phone or email shown on the opt-in form, client portal, or message, or email info@supremetrackinginsurance.com.
Privacy
Mobile opt-in and consent information is not sold or shared with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing. Service providers and telecommunications carriers may process it only as needed to operate the messaging program. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes or termination
The agency may change or discontinue the program and may update these terms. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date. Your continued enrollment after an update is subject to the updated terms, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
